Lorraine is a Registered Clinical Counsellor based in BC with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. With years of experience in mental health fields, specializing in helping young professionals, students, immigrant families, cultural minorities, children and parents. She is passionate about supporting clients struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, chronic shame, stress management, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and life transitions.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, She offers a compassionate, insightful, and supportive environment for both in-person and online counselling. Her goal is to empower clients to rediscover their strengths and create meaningful changes in their lives.
